day two - all veggies. start your day with a large baked potato for breakfast (complex carb) with 1 pat of butter and then eat until you are stuffed with raw or cooked veggies
(starts with a
fix of complex card, coupled with an oil dose. this is taken in the
morning for energy and balance. the rest of day two consists of veggies
which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fiber)

2 cucumbers
1/4 bag of baby carrots
i had 9 cups of water today, not quite 10 cups, but almost there! i'll get it today!
today is fruits and veggies - i'm thinking it's going to be a pretty easy day!
