day one -
all fruits (except bananas). you can eat all the fruits that you want,
but it is strongly suggested to consume lots of melons
(you are preparing your system for the
upcoming program. your only source of nutrition is fresh or canned
fruits. fruits are nature's perfect food. they provide everything
you could possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety)
yesterday i ate ...
1 medium size orange
1 medium size apple
1 regular size plum
1/2 a carton of strawberries
2 handfuls of grapes
4 pieces of cantaloupe
i didn't start drinking water until about midday, so i ended up only having about 6 cups, so i'm going to start drinking it first thing today.
today is veggie day, i'll write about it tomorrow, but until then ...
